Yoshimi Kato apprenticed under Kanehiro and his father in-law Hiroshi Kato. Since then he has made some incredible knives and filled some very large shoes. Through the years he has trained Yu Kurosaki and Makoto Kurosaki. He also makes many of the knives for Masakage that are very popular. Known for his great forging.
