Hinokuni-San is a 32 year old blacksmith that apprenticed under Nashida for many years. Recently venturing off by himself focusing on Shirogami #1 with Kurouchi finish, nice even grinds, and flat profiles. His knives are budget friendly with top notch performance.
I would get some before the prices go up from popularity.
