Intro to Knife Skills

This class will be a knife skills workshop with yours truly.  Learn to dice, Burnoise, Oblique, julienne, and much more.  We will be cutting various fruits, vegetables, and Herbs. Please make sure you bring a knife or plan on purchasing one. Board, Mise en Place, and towels will be supplied.  I suggest bringing a apron if your worried about getting dirty.'

Want to learn to dice onions like a pro come join our 1 and a half hour work shop.  Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign a waiver and get your station set up.
