Terayusa Fujiwara was founded 140 years ago. They made Japanese Katanas. Fujiwara-san is 4th generation blacksmith. He has some of the best forging and heat treatment technique of any other blacksmith. His knives are made by hand and finished by hand, because of this they all have subtle differences. They are some of my favorite knives.
The fit and finish of these Chuka's to me appear to be some of the best F&F from Fujiwara-San. They have great hand feel and you know probably top 10 heat treat. Great addition to anyone's collection or doily use.
