Tsunehisa knives are very high quality affordable knives. These particular Tsunehisa knives are made by the Sasaoka Brothers.
This beautiful blade is perfect for slicing Brisket, Turkey breast, Tuna, and whatever else you can throw at it. It is very rare to see a double bevel Sakimaru especially one that is this large. Made in Tosa it was forged to shape, rounded spine, then Kasumi finish was added. Were going to refer to it as the roast killer. The handle is made in house by yours truly.
