Kyohei-San is a young blacksmith in his early 30's. He specializes in just a few shapes, but of those few shapes there is incredible quality and value. From Tosa he has been helping lead the charge in a blacksmithing center similar to Takefu, trying to get young people interested in this fine art/craft.
Specializing in Aogami #2 his knives have a nice taper and a true kurouchi finish, you can see the hammer marks to prove it. Do yourself a favor and give one a try.
