Katsushige Anryu has been a blacksmith for over 50 years. He apprenticed under his father. He is incredibly meticulous. We love his shapes. His knives are incredibly thin, great taper, and awesome finishes.
This little knife is a awesome all-purpose knife. I have one i use instead of a petty.
